Exchanges and Returns

If you have received incorrect items, or if the items you received are defective, please email info@maisonliore.uk so we can discuss it further.

If you are not satisfied with the items received, you may return them within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, resalable condition.

Once the items have been returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding return shipping costs. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used or opened, or that are not in their original condition.


Return Request

  • Download, print, and complete the return form if you haven’t already. Request the return form via the form below.

  • Email your return form together with a photo of the products you are returning to info@maisonliore.uk.

  • Make sure your return is securely packaged and meets all conditions below after approval.

  • Clearly mark “Returns” on the outside of your package.

  • Use an insured, trackable shipping service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.

  • Send a follow-up email with your tracking details to info@maisonliore.uk

Return Conditions and Guidelines

  • All returned items must be unused, unopened, and include the original plastic packaging.

  • We are not responsible for the costs of returning items.

  • Please ensure all returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

  • All return packages must be sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost during return transit.

  • Make sure the return form is approved — without approval, your return may not be processed.


Easy Returns in Three Simple Steps

Step 1: Request the return form
Request the return form using the contact form below. Include your order number, email address, and the reason for the return.

Step 2: Return your order
Send the items back together with the completed return form to the address listed on the return form. Make sure the package includes a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive your refund
Once we have received the parcel, we will ensure the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within five business days.
