Of course, you can continue shopping — you can always return to your cart by clicking the shopping bag icon at the top right.

Finished shopping? Then it’s time to place your order. Click the shopping bag icon at the top right to go to your Maison Lioré items. On the next page, you can adjust quantities if needed. Then click the “Proceed to checkout” button. You will arrive at the checkout page, where you can easily enter all your details on one page.
Note: After you complete your order, you can no longer make changes, as your order is processed immediately so you can receive it as soon as possible.
1. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Maison Lioré covers the shipping costs, so you do not pay for shipping.
However, return shipping costs are at your own expense.
2. CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes, we ship all orders with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page — you will receive the link by email once your order has been shipped.
It may take a little time before the Track & Trace status becomes available.
3. WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
Maison Lioré aims to deliver products as quickly as possible. If you place an order on weekdays before 3:00 PM, we aim to process it the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, meaning the average delivery time is 10–15 business days.
4. I’M NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY — WHAT NOW?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be held for you for 7 days at a PostNord location. You will receive a notification from the driver with the pickup location. After these 7 days, PostNord will return the package to our warehouse.
5. INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the provided shipping address is correct. We do our best to process and ship quickly, so there is only a small window to correct an incorrect address. Contact us immediately if you believe you entered the wrong shipping address.
6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your Track & Trace shows your package was delivered to your address but you have not received your order, please report this to us. 14 days after the stated delivery date, PostNord will start an investigation. We will keep you informed about the progress of the investigation.
